Massage is the application of deep or soft-tissue manipulation techniques to the body. It relieves muscle tension and pain, increases flexibility and mobility, and helps clear lactic acid and other waste, which reduces pain and stiffness in muscles and joints.

When doing Wellness Massage, my approach is more holistic or intuitive. Intuitive massage treats the individuals as a whole, rather than just concentrating on the physical conditions. The movements are slower and more meditative allowing the body to go into a deep state of relaxation and healing.

is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the function and promote relaxation and well-being. Trigger Point Therapy and Cupping may be used to enhance the treatment.
